This page contains all steps and info needed to complete a Pheasant Camp Registration for a group. Here are the high level steps:
- Print, complete and return liability waiver form and proof of ID and Discount(if applicable)
- Complete final payment via payment page on this website
When registration is complete for a group, UGUIDE will send them an InfoPack containing: Landowner contact info and directions to your destination, pheasant camp amenities, area amenities, maps of property (in some cases landowner provides these on arrival), packing tips, info on how to obtain your license, any policies specific to your location.
Liability Waivers, ID's, Proof of Discount & Group Roster
Waivers - The link below will bring up a PDF template of this camps liability waiver form that each person in your group can access or you can save a copy and forward it to who needs it. #1). Fill out all fields on page 1 completely #2). If you will be the Guardian for a minor complete all fields on page 2 (minors are those under the age of 18 and a minor cannot be the "witness"). #3). Scan all signed pages of completed waiver and email to UGUIDE at this email address chris@uguidesdpheasants.com

ID's and Proof of Discount: #1). For each hunter whether minor or not, I need a valid photo ID that proves that hunters identity and therefore validates the waiver. If you are having trouble coming up with ID for minor I will accept a copy of Birth Certificate. #2). The same goes for Proof of Discount. The first ID may work for proo-of discount such as for seniors provided the photo ID shows date-of-birth. #3). Scan your ID and/or Proof of Discount and email to UGUIDE at chris@uguidesdpheasants.com Final Payment – All payments are due no later than Sept. 15th of the year your are hunting in.
#1) Around August 1st, I will send out registration info which will include your current Itinerary, current deposits and current balance due. Discounts will not be factored in at this time because my knowledge of who is applying for what discounts will be incomplete. #2) By Sept. 1st you should try to finalize your group and applicable discounts. Then I can figure out a revised itinerary and balance due and send that out to Group Leader. You may also use the Trip Cost Calculator yourself to work the numbers #3) Review revised itinerary for your balance due and other package details. Make balance payment by using this link http://www.uguidesdpheasants.com/pay/ . You can pay balance as a group or individually, with Paypal or any major credit card. Simply enter name, group leader name and amount. Then follow links to use Paypal or credit card if you have no paypal account.
Other Important Notes
- We require that all documents be scanned and emailed. In event you are not able to scan and email your documents please make plans to mail them to someone in your group that has that capbility.
- We can accomodate adding hunters to your group at any time right up until 2 weeks prior to your trip and can prorate applicable discounts, etc.
